This is where all Statutory/Public Holidays are set up.
Pick the date by keying it in or clicking the calender button.
Select the type of Holiday - Regular or Super. This will determine the the pay rates (Time and a Half/Double Time etc) See Time Calculation Rules->Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays tab.
Note: Regular/Super stats apply to Healthcare only.
Enter the name of the Holiday ( i.e. Good Friday)
Select the holiday pay rule from the drop-down box. If you have not set up any Holiday Pay rules, ETP will use it's own system defaults.
Enter earning codes if required. These earning codes are overrides for TIME WORKED on the stat. In other words, if the employee works on the stat, the earning code entered here will take the place of the Regular Hours earning code.
Click the SAVE button and then EXIT.
To EDIT an existing Holiday, simply click the EDIT button from the Holidays setup window and make the required change .
