This function is used to 'clean up' the databases after much manipulating of data etc. It is recommended that a Compact Database be done once per week, or after every Integrity Check.
Follow the procedure below to perform a 'Compact Database'.
NOTE: the amount of time it takes to complete the process is dependent upon the size of the database.
Select Compact Database form the Utilities menu, the 'Compacting and Repairing Database' window will appear indicating the progress of the function.

Click OK to return to the ETP main screen.
