Posting Employee availability patterns allows the user to know who is and is not available to work. This is very useful when scheduling. After posting the availability, print a hard copy to have on hand when you begin scheduling.
Here is the Post Employee Availability screen:
Select the Employees from the selection bucket (FILE CABINET button).
Select the starting date of the employee(s) availability pattern.
Choose from the Employee Availability Patterns previously setup.
Enter the number of times the pattern is to repeat (weeks).
Click the POST button to post the selected employees availability pattern.
Select the next employee(s) to be posted or EXIT the window if finished.
